Acceptance

These terms are between you and FUEL. They govern this website and the windows on it (Markets.exe, Trade.exe, Ledger.exe, Holdings.exe, Claims.exe, and related pages). By using the Site you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be 18 or older. $FUEL is a community energy token on Robinhood Chain. Nothing here is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.

The Site

The Site is an informational and interface layer. We do not custody cryptoassets. When you trade, you leave this Site for PonsFamily or you use your own wallet. We do not control PonsFamily, Robinhood Chain, or third-party wallets.

The contract address is COMING SOON until launch. Do not send funds to placeholder text.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time by posting an update. Continued use is acceptance.

Access

We may withdraw, rate-limit, or change any window without notice. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and network fees.

Intellectual Property

The FUEL name, Φ mark, window chrome, copy, and graphics on this Site are provided for the project. You may not copy the Site as a competing product or imply an official relationship with Robinhood Markets, Inc. “Robinhood Chain” refers to the public chain ecosystem this token targets — this project is independent and unofficial.

Prohibited Uses

Do not attack, scrape in a way that degrades the Service, impersonate FUEL, phish for keys, or use the Site to violate law.

No Warranty

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Tokens can go to zero. Smart contracts can fail. Rails in Markets.exe may be illustrative until launch.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, FUEL AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST CRYPTOASSETS, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

Indemnity

You will indemnify FUEL and contributors against claims arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local mandatory law applies.

Entire Agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the Site.
