Privacy Policy
Last Modified: September 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information gathered by FUEL (“FUEL”, “us” or “we”) through this website (the “Site”) — a desktop for convertible energy on Robinhood Chain — and associated interfaces (the “Service”). By using the Service you consent to this policy. Also read our Terms of Service.
1. Who Collects Your Information
We do. We collect information from you on the Service and are responsible for protecting personal data we hold.
2. What Information Do We Collect
We may process wallet addresses, transaction hashes, rail selections, device and log data (IP address, browser, pages viewed), and information you type into windows such as Contract.exe. We do not ask for seed phrases. Never enter a seed phrase into this Site.
Public blockchain data on Robinhood Chain is, by design, public. We may display it in Ledger.exe and related windows.
3. Why We Collect It
To operate Markets.exe, Trade.exe, Ledger.exe, Holdings.exe and Claims.exe; to debug; to prevent abuse; and to remember interface state (for example selected rails) in first-party session storage.
4. How We Use It
We use information to render the Service, to route you to PonsFamily when you choose to trade $FUEL, and to send administrative notices if you contact us. We do not sell personal information.
5. Sharing
We share information with infrastructure providers that host the Site, with PonsFamily when you click through to trade, and when required by law. Wallet connections, when live, are performed by the wallet you choose — we do not custody keys.
6. Access and Control
You may clear site storage in your browser. When a contact channel is live you may request deletion of off-chain records we control, except where we must keep logs.
7. Storage and Security
No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. Public chain activity cannot be erased. We keep logs as needed to operate the Service.
8. Cookies
The Site uses first-party session cookies and local storage for window state. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. California / Nevada
We do not sell personal information. California residents may request a disclosure of categories of information by using the contact method posted when X is live.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above is the latest revision. Continued use means you accept the update.
12. Contact
